SoloTrainer.net helps personal trainers manage clients, bookings, workouts, logging, forms, and payments. This policy explains what data the app handles and how to contact us about your privacy.
Who operates SoloTrainer
SoloTrainer.net operates the SoloTrainer app and web dashboard. You can contact us at contact@solotrainer.net.
Data we collect
- Account data, such as name, email address, login details, language, and workspace settings.
- Trainer and client profile data, such as names, contact details, notes, health intake details, trainer-client access, and app invite status.
- Training data, such as assigned workouts, exercise choices, workout logs, sets, reps, weights, rest timers, progress history, and related notes.
- Booking and form data, such as availability, appointment requests, submitted forms, public booking details, and guest contact information.
- Payment records, such as pack sales, payment status, payment method labels, receipts, refunds, and billing records. Card processing details are handled by payment providers where card payments are used.
- Support emails and attachments you send to us, including screenshots or device details you choose to include.
Device and app data
The mobile app may store account and training data on your device so the app can load quickly and keep your session state. The app may also use local notifications and app sounds for training timers and alerts.
We may receive app version, device type, operating system, crash or error context, and similar troubleshooting details when you contact support or when error reporting is enabled. SoloTrainer does not collect microphone recordings.
How we use data
- Provide the SoloTrainer app, dashboard, booking pages, form pages, workouts, logging, and payment records.
- Authenticate users, protect accounts, enforce trainer and client access rules, and prevent abuse.
- Sync data between devices where supported.
- Respond to support, privacy, deletion, and account requests.
- Improve reliability, debug errors, and understand whether core product flows work.
- Meet legal, tax, billing, security, and dispute obligations.
Service providers
SoloTrainer uses service providers to run the app. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server-side functions; Expo and EAS for app builds, updates, and notifications; Stripe where payment processing is used; and email or support tools when configured.
These providers process data only as needed to operate, secure, and support SoloTrainer.
Privacy boundaries
- We do not sell personal data.
- We keep sensitive trainer and client content out of telemetry where telemetry is used.
- We keep service-role keys, provider secrets, and payment secrets on the server side.
- We use access rules so trainers and clients only reach the data their account is allowed to use.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and product data while your account is active or while we need it for support, security, legal, tax, billing, or dispute reasons. If you ask us to delete your account or personal data, we will review the request and delete or anonymize data unless we need to keep specific records for those reasons.
